ORDER FULFILLMENT
Once your order is placed, it typically ships within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. If you place an order after 1 p.m. CST on a Friday, it will be shipped the following week. Please factor in additional processing time for weekends, holidays, and sales. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment.

- USPS Ground (0-10lbs): 2-5 business days - $9.95
- USPS Ground (10-70lbs): 2-5 business days - $19.95
- USPS Priority (0-10lbs): 2-3 business days - $19.95
- USPS Priority (10-70lbs): 2-3 business days - $29.95
CANADA SHIPPING
USPS First Class International: Rates shown at checkout are based on the customer's address and the order's weight and dimensions, plus a 2% handling fee.
COUPON CODES
Discount codes should be applied at checkout. Be sure to press 'Apply' to see the total update on your order. Please note that we are unable to adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used per purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
All shipped orders are the responsibility of USPS. In the unlikely event that a package is lost, please contact your local USPS office for a resolution. If the package is still lost after 7 days of being marked 'delivered,' please contact Doggy Pawz. We may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Please note that refunds are not applicable for lost orders.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). The customer is responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and other charges (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
